RNase-Free water (25 ml)
RNase-free Water is prepared with deionized water, which is treated with 0.01% DEPC, followed by high-temperature autoclave. It is suitable for a wide range of RNA-related molecular biology applications.

DNase I (RNase-free ) (1500 units)
~~Deoxyribonuclease I (DNase I) digests single- and double-stranded DNA to oligodeoxyribonucleotides containing a 5’ phosphate. Ribonuclease has been reduced to non-detectable levels. Its activity depends on Mg2+ or Mn2+ ion. DNase I with Mg2+ cuts randomly double strand DNA at any sites, DNase I with Mn2+ cuts double strand DNA at the same site to form sticky-end with 1-2 nucleotide or blunt-end.

RNase A (1 ml)
RNase A is ribonuclease that cleaves a single-stranded RNA. It has no DNase activity.

Proteinase K (1 ml)
Proteinase K is a nonspecific serine protease. It is not inactivated bymetal ions, chelating agents (e.g., EDTA), or detergents such as SDS. It is active over a broad range of pH (4-12.5). The optimal temperature is 55-65oC.
