TransScript® First-Strand cDNA Synthesis SuperMix provides all the necessary components for cDNA synthesis from total RNA or mRNA. The kit is ready for 50 reactions. The cDNA is efficiently synthesized by TransScript® RT/RI Enzyme Mix .
